Analytics

Who we share your data with and how long it is stored: If you complete a form, the comments and its metadata are retained indefinitely. The purpose of this is for us to have your information necessary to complete follow up comments. For users that register an account for our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their BWC account. All account users can view, make changes, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

The rights you have over your data: If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Returns & Exchanges

Every BWC product is made with attention to detail and perfection. Our priority is customer satisfaction. If you ever need to return or exchange an item, please see details below for our policy.

I received the wrong item or an item was damaged

If there is an issue with your order when you receive it, such as an incorrect or damaged item, please let us know upon receipt and we will make it right!

Please email blazingwoodcreations@gmail.com With your order number and concern and we will get back to you within 48 hours.

I ordered the wrong item by mistake

If you accidentally ordered the wrong size, color, etc. or need to exchange for another reason, we are happy to do that within 10 days of delivery/pickup! Just send us an email with the details of the exchange request. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless it is an error on our end such as giving you the wrong product.

Refunds

We will refund the cost of your item in the form of your original payment or provide store credit based on your preference. Shipping fees are not refundable. We cannot accept returns on items that show wear or are returned after the 10 day window.

Exceptions to the return and exchange policy

Exceptions to this policy include, but are not limited to:

  • Orders that include personalization

  • Customers deemed as unusual, inappropriate, or “scam” like

  • We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or exchanges to any customer for any given reason.

Shipping Policy

All BWC products are made to order especially for you! We don’t keep pre-made inventory except for certain items and designs. Instead, we create orders as they come in to ensure we are being as productive and cost efficient as possible. The reasoning is also because many of our orders include personalization anyways!

Our goal is to ship your order within 10-14 business days from the date of the order, but this can vary based on current order volume. IF for any reason we assume your order will go past the 10-14 day period, we will reach out to you about your order. We know customers are excited for their unique and handcrafted items, however our business is still growing and sometimes life happens. We will do our best to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible!

Expedited Handling

For customers who have a time-sensitive orders such as for events or gifts, we do offer expedited production. If this applies to you, please contact us directly and we will work with you to ensure your order arrives promptly. However, a small fee will apply based on the size of the order. With expedited production your order will be prioritized and completed within 1-5 days based on order size. If we have a stock issue affecting your order, we will let you know and refund the fee if Necessary.

Tracking your shipment

All orders are shipped through USPS and are usually delivered with in 2-5 days, unless they are scheduled for local pick-up. You will receive a tracking number once the label is created and the order is prepped through shipping. Local pick-up store hours vary so please be sure to check with the stores beforehand. We are not responsible for changes to their hours such as unexpected closing and delays. Please do not hassle the store owners about your order. For any issues with pick up, please contact us instead.
